Belizora Return Policy
At Belizora, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. We carefully select our furniture and décor collections to meet our standards of quality, style, and craftsmanship. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging when applicable.
- The item must not show signs of assembly, wear, damage, stains, or modification.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
To request a return, please contact **info@belizoradesigngroup.com** with your order number and reason for the return.
Restocking Fee
For approved returns that are **not due to damage, defects, or an error by Belizora, a 25% restocking fee** will be deducted from the refund amount.
The restocking fee covers costs associated with:
- Product inspection
- Handling and repackaging
- Warehouse processing
- Inventory management
Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Furniture & Large Items
Due to the nature of furniture and oversized home goods:
- Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
- Furniture must be inspected upon delivery.
- Any damage or defects must be reported within **48 hours of delivery** with photos and supporting details.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify Belizora within 48 hours of delivery.
Belizora will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another resolution. Approved defective or damaged item claims will **not be subject to the 25% restocking fee**.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **5–10 business days**. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available on eligible items only. Please contact us for assistance.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within **24 hours of purchase**. After this period, orders may enter processing, fulfillment, or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
