2. Products & Product Information
Belizora Design Group makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, measurements, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur due to:

These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes and any fees displayed during checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, manufacturer processing, carrier delays, weather, or events outside of Belizora’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or missed delivery appointments may be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Furniture Inspection & Damage Claims
Customers must inspect furniture and large items at the time of delivery.
Any damage, defects, missing parts, or delivery issues must be reported within **48 hours of delivery** with photographs and order details.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement, repair, or other resolutions.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to the Belizora Return Policy.
Eligible returns for items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped may be subject to a **25% restocking fee** deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
8. Custom & Final Sale Products
Custom orders, personalized products, made-to-order items, clearance items, and final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Belizora website, including logos, brand names, designs, images, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Belizora Design Group.
